Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Unavoidable events happen and we understand that. You can cancel your reservation at any time up to the day of the event; however, registration fees for the event are only refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event. After that, no refunds are returned.
IMPORTANT: You must handle your hotel cancellations yourself through the Kalahari. We can't help you with that.

Resale Policy:
Scalpers are uncool. Tickets may not be resold for more than their initial purchase price. We will not honor any ticket sold or purchased under these circumstances.
